On 18.08.2020 at 6:05 pm Imene created the german whatsapp group which was then called crazy-army-family.

She put the link on TikTok. Many ARMYs joined the group.

A few days later, they came up with the idea, to call themselves "Germany's first K-Pop group", because they made fun of koreaboos.

A member of this whatsapp group called Linh then changed the name to TANBANG.

And so TANBANG was born.

They gave different positions to the members such as vocalist, rapper, dancer, leader, stylist and so on.
